Workflow for new screens
A simple map of how the new Studio screens connect. Use this as a reference when building links and navigation.
All roads start from the AVAR Interview Studio home. From there, people jump into content, governance, or ops views.
From here, users can go straight to Question Bank, Scenario Library, Interview Blueprints, Analytics, Governance, Experiments, or the new Ops and sign-off views.
Question Bank → Question Detail / Edit → Blueprint Editor (one-question-per-screen) → Adaptive Rule Manager → Pack ready for review.
Content Governance & Audit → Hiring Manager Review & Sign-off. Once approved, packs move to Pack Assignment & Live Usage.
Pack Assignment & Live Usage → Runtime Health Snapshot → Question & Scenario Analytics. Experiments & A/B variants sit alongside analytics, not in front of hiring.
Keep links predictable. Each screen has one clear “up” link back to the Studio home, and a small set of “across” links.
Question Detail / Scenario Detail / Blueprint Editor each offer a simple “Send for review” action. That takes you to Content Governance & Audit with the right pack pre-selected.
Content Governance & Audit shows a “Request hiring manager sign-off” button. That opens the Hiring Manager Review & Sign-off panel with context, history, and JD coverage visible.
Once the hiring manager confirms, the “Confirm sign-off” button flows straight to Pack Assignment & Live Usage, so Talent can choose roles and locations without hunting for the pack.
Pack Assignment & Live Usage includes direct links to Runtime Health Snapshot and Question & Scenario Analytics. Ops and Talent can jump between “where it is live” and “how it behaves” without changing tabs.
