His entrepreneurial track record includes founding mWell, a premier health-tech platform, and now Intelletto.

At his core, Daniel specializes in building and motivating high-performing global teams, aligning talent with commercial goals. Outside the boardroom, he is an Ironman who has represented Australia at the 70.3 World Championships and is the current Philippine national age-group champion in triathlon.

He's taken products from a blank page in a code editor to deployments serving hundreds of institutions at industrial volume.

His career has moved through fintech and open finance, large-scale outsourcing and employer-of-record operations, enterprise supply chain and ERP, and digital health. John applies the rigour of astrophysics to the chaos of fintech innovation, bridging technology, capital, and leadership. Over six years at UBX he scaled the business from concept to industry leadership, launched multiple ventures through a venture-studio model, secured strategic investment from SBI Holdings of Japan, and introduced the Philippines' first central-bank-recognised stablecoin and blockchain-based settlement network.
