How this blueprint adapts
Strong performers see one extra scenario. Everyone else sees the core questions only. We also stop the interview early if there are repeated technical issues, and never auto-fail on one answer.
Guardrails
No hidden questions Max 1 optional step No auto-fail on one answer
These guardrails are set by Talent and Compliance and apply to every rule below.

Simple rules for this blueprint

Each rule is a plain sentence. AVAR handles the scoring and routing behind the scenes.

Rule 1 · Extra scenario for strong starts
If the candidate’s opening scenario scores high on empathy and ownership, show one extra scenario near the end.
Action: Insert optional follow-up scenario before the wrap-up question.
Rule 2 · Skip duplicate questions
If the candidate already answered a similar question in a previous pack, shorten this flow.
Action: Hide repeated “tell me about yourself” and basic process questions.
Rule 3 · Handle technical issues
If there are repeated recording or connection issues, AVAR stops the interview instead of forcing retries.
Action: Move to an early wrap-up screen and suggest a live reschedule or alternative route.
Tip: if you can’t explain a rule in one sentence, it’s probably too complex. Adaptive rules apply only to this blueprint. Other flows stay unchanged.
