What you will achieve (12-month outcomes)
- Unified platform strategy with a 3-year architecture roadmap (cloud, data, AI) that reduces time-to-market by 30%.
- Reliability uplift to 99.95% core SLO with incident MTTR < 30 minutes and change failure rate < 10%.
- Security and compliance-by-design program with quarterly audits, zero critical findings, and automated guardrails.
- Data platform and AI enablement for experimentation and production with governance and lineage.
- Talent and culture flywheel: succession plans for all director roles; 85% engagement; diversity goals set and tracked.
- Vendor and unit economics improved: 15% cost-to-serve reduction through right-sizing and FinOps.

- Monetize data via internal and partner products while protecting customer trust.
People & Culture
- Hire and develop a diverse, high-performing leadership bench; inspire growth via mentoring and communities of practice.
- Elevate craft excellence (architecture, security, data science, SRE) through career frameworks.
- Champion inclusive, low-ego collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams.
Stakeholders & Vendor
- Engage board and executive peers with clear narratives and measurable outcomes.
