Blueprint templates

Pick a starter blueprint to duplicate. AVAR will copy the structure so you can adjust names, wording, and rules.

How duplication works

Simple mental model: choose a template, copy it, rename it, then tune in the Blueprint editor.

What gets duplicated
  • Step order and question structure.
  • Links to questions and scenarios.
  • Basic timeboxes and candidate instructions.
What does not get duplicated
  • Live usage assignments and packs.
  • Analytics history and scores.
  • Role-specific governance notes.
After you pick a template
AVAR creates a draft blueprint, opens it in the Blueprint editor, and lets you rename, tweak steps, and decide where it should be used.

Available templates

Start from something proven, then adjust to your roles and regions.

CS Level 1 · Billing issue
Short flow (8–12 minutes) for handling an upset customer billed twice.
CS Level 1 Empathy & clarity
CS Level 1 · Hand-off to engineering
Collaboration-focused flow for support–engineering hand-offs.
CS Level 1–2 Collaboration
Engineer · Critical production incident
Deeper flow (12–18 minutes) for multi-region incident handling.

Tip: keep the number of templates small. Retire old ones as your interview patterns evolve. You can always adjust steps and questions later in the Blueprint editor.
