Keep pillars, milestones, and usage stable, auditable, and aligned to company policy.
Configuration applies at company level

Milestone configuration

Choose which culture checks are active and define default due windows.

30-day due window: to days after start date
60-day due window: to days after start date
90-day due window: to days after start date

Define how culture signals are interpreted and communicated to managers and employees.

This text appears wherever managers submit culture checks and in HR analytics help panels.
