Define a new flow at a glance: who it is for, where it sits in the process, and what it should test.

Flow basics

This becomes the blueprint your questions and scenarios plug into.

Role & stage
Keeps flows easy to filter in the Blueprints list.
Flow type & target duration
Simple rule of thumb: short (8–12 min), standard (10–20), deep-dive (15–25).
What this flow should test
3–5 bullets in plain language for hiring managers and reviewers.
Candidate-facing description
The copy that appears on the candidate welcome screen.

Structure & usage

Choose a simple starting structure and where this flow will be used.

Starter pattern
You can fine-tune the exact steps later in the Blueprint editor.
Base blueprint (optional)
If selected, AVAR can copy the structure from this template as a starting point.
Packs / usage
Short codes or labels for the packs this flow belongs to.
Owner & governance
Tip: if you can’t explain this flow in under 30 seconds to a hiring manager, simplify it. Once saved, you’ll define step-by-step screens in the Blueprint editor.
