What is Employee Intelligence?It is a simple layer on top of existing systems that brings your goals, feedback, reviews, recognition, wellbeing, and future roles into clear, human-readable views.

Does this change how my performance is decided?No. Decisions still follow normal company processes. These screens are here to help you see the story in one place, not to replace formal steps or policies.

Who can see my Employee Intelligence views?You can see all of your own views. Managers and HR may see versions designed for leaders, which are focused on their responsibilities and follow company access rules.

Do clients see any of this?No. These views are for you, your manager, and HR. Clients see only what is defined in normal client reporting and agreements.

What kind of data does it use?It uses existing information such as goals, reviews, simple feedback notes, work patterns, and basic role details. It does not use private chat content or call recordings.

Can I correct something if it looks wrong?Yes. Raise it in a 1:1 or with HR. If a goal, note, or record is incorrect, it can be updated in the source system so the views stay fair.

Is this tracking every click I make?No. The focus is on simple, explainable signals — not on detailed monitoring. You can see the kinds of inputs used in each view.
