My future roles & opportunities
A simple view of a few roles that could make sense for you next, and what would need to be true to move towards them.

Time horizon
6–18 months
Possible next roles
Shortlist, not a decisionThese are examples of roles that look close to your profile based on your skills, experience, and the kinds of work you have been doing.
Senior CXM / Team Lead
Take a bigger role in running the day-to-day for a client account, supporting
other team members and handling more complex situations.
Path: keep building mentoring examples and calm issue handling over the next 6–12 months.
Quality & Process Champion
Help improve how work gets done — spotting patterns in rework, suggesting changes,
and supporting training or coaching moments.
Path: deepen reporting skills and capture a few clear examples where you improved a process.
Client Insights / Analyst
Focus on turning data into stories for clients — trends, risks, and simple recommendations
that support decisions.
Path: build comfort with dashboards and basic analysis, then look for shadowing opportunities.
What would need to be true
Before those moves make sense- A clear, recent track record of strong delivery in your current role.
- Examples where you supported others — mentoring, coaching, or helping new joiners.
- Basic comfort with data and reporting, enough to explain simple trends to non-technical people.
- One or two visible contributions to improving a process, playbook, or way of working.
Steps I can take this quarter
Keep it small and concrete-
Pick one of the roles above as a “direction of travel” to discuss with my manager.
-
Capture one or two examples where I helped someone else or improved a process.
-
Ask for a small shadowing opportunity on reporting or client updates.
What this action would do
You can use this view as a starting point for conversations about next roles, not a firm promise. Actions here would normally help you share, explore, or focus, without applying for anything automatically.
